Account Registration & Eligibility

698bd reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during a player's use of the platform. Failure to provide requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account restriction.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. Section 4
Deposits & Withdrawals
698bd supports a range of payment methods popular in the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions on the platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 unless otherwise specified in a current promotion.
Deposits are processed in real time for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Bank transfer deposits may require additional processing time depending on the originating institution. All transactions are conducted in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka, symbol ৳). 698bd does not charge currency conversion fees for BDT transactions. If a player's payment method processes in a different currency, any conversion fees or rate differentials applied by the payment provider are the player's sole responsibility.

All transactions are monitored for suspicious patterns. 698bd reserves the right to freeze funds, request additional documentation, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities without prior notice to the player if legally required to do so.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

Bonus funds are credited to a player's account separately from real-money funds. In most cases, real-money funds are wagered first; bonus funds are used only after the real-money balance reaches zero, unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Winnings generated from bonus funds are credited as bonus funds until wagering requirements are fully satisfied, at which point the qualifying amount converts to real-money funds eligible for withdrawal.
Every bonus carries a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). A 30x requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place total bets of ৳30,000 before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable real money. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet toward wagering. Gameplay & Wagering Rules

Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 698bd platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and — where applicable — reporting to relevant authorities.
Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods; initiating chargebacks or payment reversals after withdrawing equivalent funds; misrepresenting your identity during KYC; or any other act constituting fraud under applicable law.
Colluding with other players in casino games; placing bets on the basis of insider knowledge of match outcomes; participating in or facilitating match-fixing in any sport covered by the 698bd sportsbook; or communicating with other players in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage.
Using bots, scripts, macros, automated clicking tools, artificial intelligence assistants, or any software designed to automate gameplay or wagering decisions on the 698bd platform without express written permission from 698bd management.
Using the 698bd platform as a vehicle to launder funds of illegal origin; depositing and withdrawing funds without meaningful gameplay for the purpose of concealing transaction origins; or structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds.
Accessing the 698bd platform while under 18 years of age; assisting or enabling a person under 18 to register, deposit, or wager on the platform; or providing false date of birth information during registration or KYC.
Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the 698bd platform or any game for financial gain; reverse-engineering any part of the platform; or attempting to gain unauthorised access to systems, databases, or other player accounts.
Section 8
Account Suspension & Closure
698bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion if it determines that a player has violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information, or poses a risk to the platform's integrity, other players, or the financial system.
In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified by email to the address registered on their account. The investigation period may last up to 30 days, during which the account balance will be held and not accessible for play or withdrawal. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, full account access will be restored and any applicable interest accrued on held funds will be credited at 698bd's discretion.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account — whether for personal reasons or as a responsible gaming measure — may do so at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Limitation of Liability

698bd's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, calculated in BDT.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 698bd's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by 698bd's own negligence or wilful misconduct, to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable law.
